Chelsea Oak
A honey-toned mid oak with lively grain, darker streaks and small knots, warm without being heavy, so it works in living rooms and kitchens alike.
Premium Design planks are Luvanto's largest glue-down wood boards, at up to 192 x 1230mm. The extra length means fewer joints across the room, and the deep embossed grain and bevelled edges give each plank the feel and outline of real timber.
As a dryback LVT, the planks are bonded to the subfloor, so they sit tight over underfloor heating and can be laid in straight rows, at an angle or with Luvanto Design Strips between them. Spring, Autumn, Georgian and Tudor Oak match Luvanto's basketweave and shaker parquet tiles, so you can run planks around a parquet feature.

Premium Design is a glue-down floor and should be fitted by a professional to BS8203 using Luvanto Universal or High Temperature Adhesive.
Before you start
- The subfloor must be smooth, clean, dry (below 75% RH) and flat to within 3mm over 2m, which usually means primer and a smoothing compound; timber floors are overlaid with plywood first.
- Unpack the flooring and stack it flat in the room for 48 hours at 18 to 21°C, or 72 hours if it has been stored somewhere cold.
- Underfloor heating should be off for 48 hours before, during and after fitting.
- Delivered on a pallet Flooring is heavy, so it comes palletised to the kerbside. You’ll need to move it from the roadside into the property.
- We confirm the day Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We’ll confirm your date once the order is processed. We can’t offer timed slots.
- Check before you sign Someone needs to be in to sign for it. Look over the packs first and tell us within 24 hours if anything is damaged.
- Book your fitter afterwards Wait until your flooring has arrived before booking a fitter. We can’t cover fitter costs if a delivery is held up.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit it myself?
Luvanto recommends professional installation for its glue-down ranges, and the warranty requires the floor to be laid by a fitter with at least an NVQ Level 2 in flooring, to BS8203, using Luvanto adhesive. If you'd like to fit a floor yourself, the Click Plus ranges are designed for that.
Is it suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes. The heating must keep the temperature at the adhesive below 27°C and be commissioned before fitting. Once the floor is down, bring the heating back up gradually over at least seven days.
Can I use it in a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes, it's 100% waterproof and has an R10 slip rating. Luvanto says it shouldn't be fitted outdoors or anywhere that's continuously wet, such as inside a shower.
How many packs do I need?
Pack coverage depends on the colour: 3.78m² for Latte, Classic, Golden and Old English Oak, 3.67m² for Chelsea and Norfolk Oak, 3.59m² for Spring and Autumn Oak and 3.37m² for Georgian and Tudor Oak. Measure the room in square metres, add around 10% for cuts, divide by the pack coverage and round up.
Do I need an underlay?
No. Glue-down LVT is bonded straight to a prepared subfloor. If you want extra sound reduction, Quiet Roll Universal 2mm is made for fully glued dryback installations.
What does the Lifetime warranty cover?
Luvanto covers manufacturing defects and wear-through of the pattern in normal use for 40 years in a home and 10 years in commercial use, with the contribution reducing over time. It relies on professional fitting with Luvanto adhesive and cleaning with the Luvanto Floor Care Kit.
