Product information
Quiet Roll Universal is a 2mm acoustic underlay from QA Flooring Solutions for glue-down LVT. It's made for fully glued installations: the underlay is bonded to the subfloor, and the dryback flooring is then glued on top, so the floor stays fully bonded with an acoustic layer underneath.
It's a good option for flats, upstairs rooms and anywhere footfall noise matters, and it pairs with Luvanto Design, Premium Design and other dryback LVT. Luvanto Universal Adhesive is approved for bonding acoustic underlays, so the same adhesive can be used for both layers. As with any glue-down floor, it's a job for a professional fitter.
Key facts
- Roll size 1m x 10m x 2mm (10m²)
- For fully glued dryback LVT installations
- Bond with Luvanto Universal Adhesive
Prepare the subfloor as you would for the LVT: smooth, clean, dry and flat to within 3mm over 2m.
Before you start
- Glue Quiet Roll Universal to the subfloor with Luvanto Universal Adhesive, butting the edges together without overlaps.
- Once it’s bonded, your fitter glues the dryback LVT on top using the adhesive and method set out in the flooring’s fitting guide.
- This is a professional installation, like the glue-down floor itself.
- Delivered on a pallet Flooring is heavy, so it comes palletised to the kerbside. You’ll need to move it from the roadside into the property.
- We confirm the day Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We’ll confirm your date once the order is processed. We can’t offer timed slots.
- Check before you sign Someone needs to be in to sign for it. Look over the packs first and tell us within 24 hours if anything is damaged.
- Book your fitter afterwards Wait until your flooring has arrived before booking a fitter. We can’t cover fitter costs if a delivery is held up.
