All FAQsWhat delivery options do you offer?
We offer standard delivery across the UK. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. Once your order is processed, we’ll confirm the delivery date with you. For urgent requirements, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to expedite your order.
Will my delivery be brought into the house?
Our delivery service covers kerbside delivery only for insurance purposes. Please ensure you have the ability to bring your delivery inside – it will also be your responsibility to dispose of all packaging, which may include shipping pallets.
Do you offer trade accounts and bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts on many of our products. Each product page includes a table showing the discounts available for larger orders. If you require a quantity greater than what is listed on the site, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide a bespoke quote. What is your returns policy?
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return undamaged, unwanted, or over-ordered goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. Please note that certain items, such as made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return.
