Xtratherm Thin R XT/UF 25mm is a rigid PIR insulation board, ideal for use within floor construction applications.

The product is popular among contractors and installers, as it features similar performance capabilities to the likes of Kingspan TF70, at a fraction of the cost.

The product features a thermal performance of 0.022W/mK and a compressive strength of 140kPa at 10% compression.
