Product information

Norfolk Oak

A light natural oak with a soft greige cast, visible knots and a fine grain, calm and easy to pair with creams, blues and pale timber furniture.

Premium Click Plus planks are Luvanto's widest boards at 228 x 1220mm, giving a broad, generous look in living rooms, kitchens and open-plan spaces. They have a rigid SPC core with 50% stone content, a deep embossed grain and micro-bevelled edges.

The click system uses a drop lock on the short ends, so the planks go down quickly without adhesive and you can walk on the floor as soon as it's laid. The attached 1mm IXPE underlay takes the edge off footstep noise, so there's no separate underlay to buy. There are six oak colours, from creamy Latte Oak to rich Old English Oak, including Chelsea and Norfolk Oak.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fit it myself?

Yes, if you're handy. Luvanto recommends a professional fitter but publishes a DIY guide; you'll need a utility knife, tape measure, rubber mallet and pencil. Fitting it incorrectly can affect the warranty.

Do I need an underlay?

No. A 1mm IXPE acoustic underlay is already attached, and Luvanto's warranty requires Click Plus to be laid directly on the subfloor with no separate underlay and no glue or tape.

How many packs do I need?

Each pack covers 1.95m² (7 planks). Measure the room in square metres, add around 10% for cuts, divide by the pack coverage and round up.

Is it suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes, as long as the temperature at the underlay stays below 27°C. Switch the heating off 48 hours before, during and for 48 hours after fitting, then bring it up gradually over at least seven days.

Can I use it in a kitchen or bathroom?

Yes, it's 100% waterproof. Fit your kitchen units first and leave a 5mm gap around them, as a floating floor shouldn't be trapped under fixed units. Luvanto says it shouldn't go anywhere continuously wet.

Can I use office chairs or a wheelchair on it?

Luvanto says Click Plus isn't suitable for wheeled traffic or very heavy furniture on castors, as the point loads can damage the joints. Use castor cups or a chair mat, or choose a glue-down Design floor instead.
