Product Description

SmartFloor 28WF is a medium density gypsum fibre product, made with drop and slot edges, an alternative to and easier to fit tongue and groove system. The join system is designed to be adhered using Everbuild 502, for a flat, stable and robust surface.

The SmartFloor 28WF is also suitable for underfloor heating systems, given its excellent thermal conductivity.

The ultimate benefit to this product over products like Soundlay, is that all floor coverings can be applied directly on top…including tiles too!

On average, this item takes 2 to 3 working days to be delivered to a UK Mainland address.

Our delivery rates are calculated on an order value basis. All standard deliveries are delivered by couriers (company variable) and can be received up to 3 to 5 working days from order (6 working days if you order after 12.30pm on a weekday).

All available delivery options for this item can be selected at the check-out and if you order before 12pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed the same day.

You should never book fitters before you have received your goods, we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by yourself as a result of delivery complications and/or delays.

Deliveries are palletised and heavy, therefore our delivery services are to kerb-side only – you will be responsible for moving the goods from the roadside to the property.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a delivery date confirmation email. This email will detail the day of delivery which can take place any time between 8am and 6pm. If you require a more accurate time slot, please contact us prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to assist you; this could be at an additional cost.
