SmartFloor 18 is a medium density gypsum fibre product, made with drop and slot edges, an alternative to and easier to fit tongue and groove system. The join system is designed to be adhered using Everbuild 502, for a flat, stable and robust surface.
The SmartFloor 18 is also suitable for underfloor heating systems, given its excellent thermal conductivity.
The ultimate benefit to this product over products like Soundlay, is that all floor coverings can be applied directly on top...including tiles too!
