Regupol 4515 Multi 4.5mm is designed for new builds, refurbishments and bespoke architectural projects including residential commercial and education settings.

Regupol 4515 Multi 4.5mm is a tough resilient acoustic underlay manufactured from PUR foam and cork granules and is ideally suited to all new build type constructions to comply with Part E 2003 and can be bonded to all types of floors.

Regupol Multi 4515 4.5mm is compatible with all types of floor finishes including ceramic tiles sheet vinyl and vinyl tiles wood and laminates carpet and marmoleum/linoleum.

Regupol Sonus Multi 4515 4.5mm has an Impact Noise Rating of 19dB, provided to us by the Manufacturer.

These figures aren’t a measure of the reduction that the product gives, but is the figure that you would get following a soundproofing test, on the same or a similar full floor set-up to the one used during testing (not just the product in isolation).

Effective Reduction

This product will give you an impact reduction of 5dB, when used as a standalone solution (not taking into account the full floor system).

Results are recorded by implementing a 100dB volume in a first floor room, the dB volume is then recorded in the room below and then again when the product is in place. In this instance the impact dB volume in the room below prior to laying the product was 24dB and after laying the product, the impact dB volume in the room was recorded at 19dB. This means that the product gives an actual impact reduction of 10dB and rating of 19dB when used as part of a full floor system.
