Product Description

REGUPOL adhesive 43-105 is a solvent-free, acrylic emulsion-based adhesive designed for bonding many sound insulation materials to common subfloors and for bonding various floor finishes to the insulation. This easy-to-spread adhesive, with a long open time, provides early tack and minimal slip, quickly building to a strong permanent bond. It is non-staining and has excellent resistance to plasticiser migration.

This adhesive, with a very wide range of applications, can be used to install the following: hard/resilient floor coverings including vinyl, linoleum, sheet, tiles, cushion, and other vinyl-backed floor coverings such as mineral felt-backed vinyl. It is also suitable for carpets and carpet tiles including PVC-backed, polyurethane foam-backed, and many other carpets and needle-punch/fibre-bonded carpets where a solvent-free system is specified. It is compatible with most REGUPOL sound deadening underlays, the REGUPOL Vibration Range, gymnasium materials including interlaminar bonds in gymnasium build-ups, and Regufoam.

Rating

This product is designed to seal and bond barrier mats and Regupol sound reduction products to the sub-floor. While this product has no sound reduction, it does contribute to maximising the performance of CMS and Regupol sound reduction products.

Fitting & Installation

When applying the adhesive to the sub-floor use a notched trowel and to ensure that the bond is secure, used to its full potential use an object that weighs between 60kg – 70kg.

On average, this item takes 2 to 3 working days to be delivered to a UK Mainland address.

Our delivery rates are calculated on an order value basis. All standard deliveries are delivered by couriers (company variable) and can be received up to 3 to 5 working days from order (6 working days if you order after 12.30pm on a weekday).
