A dark charcoal concrete-effect tile with soft cloudy shading, an urban look for kitchens and utility rooms.
The Craftsman SPC Click tile brings a dark, concrete-style look to a floor you can lay yourself. Gotham Grey is a deep charcoal with soft cloudy shading, in a 305 x 610mm tile that suits kitchens, utility rooms, hallways and modern open-plan spaces.
Like the Craftsman planks, it has a rigid stone composite core for stability, a built-in IXPE acoustic underlay and a 0.3mm wear layer. It clicks together over the subfloor with no glue and no grout, so there are no grout lines to keep clean and you can use the room as soon as it's laid.

The Craftsman SPC Click tile floats over the subfloor with no glue and no extra underlay, as the IXPE underlay is built in.
Before you start
- The subfloor must be hard, dry and flat to within 3mm over 2m, or the joints won’t hold; Jumpax Basic is the quickest way to level an uneven floor.
- Acclimatise the packs flat in the room for 48 hours at 18 to 21°C.
- Leave a 5mm expansion gap at the walls and fitted units.
- Angle the long sides into the click joint and tap each short end down with a rubber mallet, staggering end joints by at least a third of a tile.
- Cover the gap with trim or Scotia beading, never filler.
- Delivered on a pallet Flooring is heavy, so it comes palletised to the kerbside. You’ll need to move it from the roadside into the property.
- We confirm the day Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We’ll confirm your date once the order is processed. We can’t offer timed slots.
- Check before you sign Someone needs to be in to sign for it. Look over the packs first and tell us within 24 hours if anything is damaged.
- Book your fitter afterwards Wait until your flooring has arrived before booking a fitter. We can’t cover fitter costs if a delivery is held up.

Frequently asked questions
How many packs do I need?
Each pack covers 2.22m². Measure the room, add around 10% for cuts, divide by 2.22 and round up.
Can I use it in a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes, it's 100% water resistant with anti-microbial protection. It isn't suitable for showers, wet rooms or anywhere that's regularly wet.
Do I need an underlay?
No. The underlay is built in, and the warranty requires the floor to go straight onto the subfloor with no separate underlay.
Is it suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes, up to a maximum of 27°C. Switch the heating off 48 hours before, during and for 48 hours after fitting, then raise it gradually over at least seven days.
Can it go in a conservatory?
No. Craftsman isn't suitable for conservatories, sunrooms or other areas that can go over 27°C, and long exposure to direct sunlight can cause discolouration.
