Product Description

Versafloor 24mm is a cement particle board, designed to add mass to floors in direct to joist applications.

The product is intended to be used as part of an acoustic flooring system, in order to achieve Part E Building Regs or a superior performance gain.

Not only does Versafloor 22mm perform well for airborne reduction and impact when used as a system, it also achieves a high resistance to fire too.

Our delivery rates are calculated on an order value basis. All standard deliveries are delivered by couriers (company variable) and can be received up to 3 to 5 working days from order (6 working days if you order after 12.30pm on a weekday).

Deliveries are palletised and heavy, therefore our delivery services are to kerb-side only – you will be responsible for moving the goods from the roadside to the property.
