Important Information to remember…

  • We strongly advise against BOOKING FITTERS prior to placing the order or receiving delivery, we will not be held liable for any fitter costs that may arise from complications with delivery.
  • Orders with both soundproofing and underlay will have a compound delivery cost, for more information please call 01484 411 888
  • The specialist courier network we use, delivers nationwide daily.
  • There is a 40% restocking fee on all soundproofing products.


Our customer care team is available from 9am to 5.30pm; our team aims to process orders as swiftly as possible, once your order has been processed you will be sent an email confirming your order along with a text containing the estimated delivery date. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24hrs or simply need help placing an order please call 01484 411 888.

Orders placed before 12.30pm can be upgraded to next day delivery for a fee, however on our heavier soundproofing products we are unable to provide a next day delivery service. If you urgently need any of our soundproofing products, we do offer a free pickup service; just contact our customer care team, provide them with your address and they will locate the nearest warehouse and arrange a pickup with them.


We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Please be aware that once your order is with our courier network that it is subject to adverse weather conditions and road networks, so please be patient. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a tracking service, however we can arrange for the courier to call you prior to delivery if you make the request in your order. If 7 days have passed since we confirmed dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, immediately contact our team on 01484 411 888 so that we can find a solution.

Please Note: All quoted processing / delivery times are based on orders received before 12.30pm. Any order placed after 12.30pm Mon – Fri will have an additional day added to the quoted delivery time.

It’s imperative that either you or a friend are available to inspect the goods upon delivery, once the goods have been signed for in ‘good condition’, the carrier and Flooring Warehouse Direct will reject any claims of damage especially if the goods haven’t been signed for. Complications do occur and we cannot be held liable for any damages after delivery.

If you are unhappy with the product or the product is damaged post inspection, please inform us within 24hrs of receipt of the goods, so that appropriate compensation can be dispensed (refund or replacement).


If you decide to return the goods for any reason other than damages, we recommend that this is done within the allotted 14-day period. Sadly, we exclude any products that have been altered in any way (cut-to-size, made-to-measure etc.)

We can arrange for the products to be collected by one of our couriers, however you will be asked to pay carriage and restocking fees. If you don’t want to pay our carriage charges we can provide you with the nearest warehouse address so you can arrange a return yourself. Once we receive the goods, appropriate credit will be issued.
