Terms & Conditions

The most important condition is this: please enjoy using our websites and catalogues, and we hope they make it easy for you to find products which will delight and help you. Our websites and catalogues are as accurate and as up to date as we can possibly make them, but we reserve the right to make changes and (because we are human) to make the occasional error.

Pricing & Stock

We try to make sure that pricing is as accurate as possible. The correct price for any product is that displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. If we make a mistake on price and it is higher than it should be then we will refund the difference.

We will always try to give you the best possible deals and to be as fair as possible on price. If an item is on sale, it might have been sold on a sister company website or catalogue. If so, the ‘was’ price will always be the highest price in the last 12 months via any of our companies, and it will have been at that price for at least 28 consecutive days. The ‘now’ price will always be the lowest price it has ever been via any of our companies, websites or catalogues.

We also try to make sure that stock levels are as accurate as possible, and we always try to keep items in stock ready to be sent to you as soon as you want them (this includes our suppliers where some items are delivered directly to you). Items on sale might run out at any time. Once we have run out of stock we will not be able to accept any orders for the item.

Ordering & Payment

We do not store credit card details. Orders are only accepted when we dispatch them. We might not be able to accept your order if: your funds don’t clear, whether you are paying by credit card or cheque; we have made a pricing or product description error; a product is out of stock, is not available, or was a sale item and all stock has cleared; or we believe you are not using our website responsibly.

We care a lot about protecting you from fraud. If we suspect that your card has been stolen and someone else is using it then we will not sell the goods to them. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse any order. We accept credit card and debit card payments via our secure website or over the phone.

Returns

If you decide that you made a mistake or you change your mind then please send the goods back within 14 days of receipt. Sadly, we have to exclude any product that has been cut-to-size or made-to-measure. If you do send goods back for any reason you will normally be asked to pay the carriage charges – we could offer this for ‘free’, but of course there’s really no such thing, we would just have to recover the costs in our prices. We would rather be completely straight with you, keep our prices as low as possible, and just ask you to pay if you choose to return anything.

If you wish to return any item, just organise your own returns back to our warehouse. Please email us with full details and we will confirm the return address. Upon receipt of your goods, these will be processed back in stock and the appropriate credit issued.

The Legal Stuff

You agree not to infringe the copyright of our websites and catalogues or any other intellectual property (for example by copying and reusing images).

Our websites and catalogues are produced as accurately as possible, but to the fullest extent permitted by the law we make no representations, warranties (express or implied) with respect to the content.

We exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law any and all liability howsoever arising for any faults, inaccuracies or omissions relating to our websites and catalogues and the unavailability of our website. We only compensate/refund up to the total price of the goods. We do not compensate for the cost of fitting or installation.

No director, employee or representative will be liable whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect arising out of or in connection with your use of our websites or catalogues, including, without limitation, damage to software or hardware, economic loss, loss of data, consequential damage, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

None of these exclusions and limitations are intended to limit any rights you have as a customer, or any statutory rights which may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents, representatives or employees.

Each of the above exclusions and/or limitations shall be construed as a separate and severable provision of these terms.

If any court holds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable, it shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

By registering or placing an order through the website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must not register or order any product or service through the website. We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be shown on our website. We recommend that you revisit this page regularly to keep you informed of the current website terms that apply to your use of the website. By continuing to access, browse and use this website, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to our website terms.

We make every effort and have taken all reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. All goods are sold subject to availability and prices of products may change from time to time. We also reserve the right to change the price of any item on the Website where that item has been priced incorrectly. If we find the price of the goods you have ordered has changed from the amount set out on the Website when you placed the order with us, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember that we will still not be under any obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this. If you confirm that you do not wish to proceed, your order will be cancelled and neither of us shall have any further liability to the other.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements and specifications are accurate but there may be variations between these and the goods supplied. Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All images used across the website and e-mails, especially those used in graphics and banners, are for illustrative purposes only.

When you register or order online you are accepting that we may wish to contact you again from one of the companies within the BD Digital Ltd group.  You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button on your email, by changing your preferences in the “My Account” section of the Website, by emailing us or by telephone.

Please don’t copy anything from our websites and catalogues other than for your own use; please don’t change them and then redistribute them; and please don’t use them to conduct activities that breach any laws or infringe any third party’s rights.
