The revolutionary underlay has changed the way floors are installed, removing the need for any glues or nails and has significantly reduced the mess and labour times linked with flooring installations.

It delivers excellent acoustic insulation, outstanding comfort and stability, high durability, with anti-microbial and anti-allergy properties plus its low tog rating makes it ideal for underfloor heating systems. The Q30 high-grab has the benefit of being supported internally by recycled vulcanised rubber crumb granules; when the granules are compressed the granules provide an excellent cushioning performance, once the pressure is released the granules immediately return to their original form.
Important
It’s recommended that on all concrete sub-floor applications a damp-proof membrane is applied prior to installation, because some floors are susceptible to water damage (wood, laminate or vinyl). The joints should overlap by a minimum of 150mm and should be taped and sealed with a waterproof adhesive tape. To expel the water vapour above the finished floor the damp-proof membrane should be allowed to extend up the perimeter of the wall by 50mm, the membrane can be later trimmed level with the surface of the finished floor.
