Whilst we are still operating despite the Covid-19 pandemic (within strict health and safety guidelines), some of our usual products and services have been affected.
Firstly, only some of our soundproofing and acoustic underlay products are currently available. To make it easier to understand which ones are available for immediate dispatch, please use the product categories listed further down this page. Even products which aren’t available for immediate dispatch can still be ordered and will be dispatched for delivery as soon as the government restrictions are lifted. These orders will be prioritised in the order in which they were received.
Secondly, all orders will be expedited wherever possible. This means that only one shipping option is available to you at the checkout and we are aiming to get all orders delivered within 3 working days. Some customers will receive orders quicker than this and some whilst unlikely, may be delayed.
The below delivery rates will apply until the Government lockdown restrictions are lifted.

Orders under £500 ex-vat will be charged £30 ex-vat for delivery.
Orders over £500 ex-vat will be shipped FREE of charge.
At FWDirect we believe that safety is paramount in everything we do. We have taken extreme measures so that we can operate safely, whilst still offering a range of products for immediate delivery to our customers.
All of our office based staff including customer services have been working remotely since w/c 16th March. This should not effect any part of our service to you; our team have access to all systems from home and all calls will be taken via the usual number without delay.
We have ensured that our own and external suppliers warehouse teams are working in line with Government guidelines. This means all of our logistics and distribution team members have been provided with hand washing facilities within the warehouses themselves and are working in strict isolation, keeping more than the recommended distance away from other team members. Because of this, we have had no choice but to reduce our product range, particularly on the soundproofing side, as a lot of these products require two man lifts and this is simply not possible to do, whilst still abiding by the current government guidelines.
