Our customer care team is available from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and we will process all orders swiftly and contact you in case of any potential problems. We will also respond to emails by the end of the next working day, and usually much quicker.
Our delivery process
We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm; our customer service team aims to process orders as swiftly as possible, once you order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email along with a text containing the estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver any ordered placed before 11am the next working day, however the large number of drops to the commercial environments means that sometimes this will extend to 2 to 3 days. Unfortunately, on the designated day of delivery we cannot provide a specific time scale.
Orders placed before 12.30pm are usually with our couriers the next working day, and depending on the delivery option you chose your order will be either out for delivery the same day or the next working day. Please be aware that our couriers delivery nationwide and are subject to adverse weather and traffic conditions; so please be patient. Please note that this is our head office, with our products being stored at and despatched from dedicated warehouses throughout the UK. As such we do not have a showroom for you to visit, however we can arrange for product samples to be delivered to your chosen address.
